The HI-TECH range of scientific instruments are high performance, precision products. The controlling software is an important aspect to any computer controlled apparatus and as such should be easy to use, intuitive, flexible and reliable. With these key goals in mind, TgK Scientific Limited built on the successes of the highly acclaimed KinetAsyst software and created a new generation software product called Kinetic Studio.
Kinetic Studio has been designed to provide a flexible and modular architecture. Put more simply, this means TgK Scientific can provide new features faster, resolve bugs swiftly and provide a common software platform for all products!
As one might expect, Kinetic Studio contains all the features needed to collect and analyse rapid reaction kinetics, as well as utilising the benefits of the Windows™ operating system for easy operation.
Comprehensive 'Asystant' menus guide the user through the system in an interactive way and greatly simplify many areas of operation.
Data handling is greatly enhanced by the ability to store data sets as "thumbnails" for easy visualisation and recall. Data processing is speeded up through the provision of improved data manipulation functions, including inter-trace operability.
Graphing facilities are an integrated part of the main program and additional labeling facilities have been introduced to allow annotation and the addition of indicator arrows etc. to highlight areas of interest for presentation purposes.
A programmable Multi-Shot capability offers flexible multi-wavelength and age-time analysis, allowing accurate resolution of spectral information even over fast time courses. This greatly extends the range of reaction systems that can be studied.
An easy export facility brings compatibility with other data processing packages popular with kineticists, such as SPECFIT/32™, Grafit, ORIGIN and SCIENTIST.
