This application note explores the use of the IRis-F1 spectrometer from IRsweep AG with the SF-73/FTIR. Firstly in investigating the fast hydrolysis of methyl chloroacetate (MCA) and then in following the refolding of the protein, ubiquitin, in a more challenging measurement where the β-sheet to β-turn folding can be observed in the Amide I region.
